Designed with ribbon mics in mind, the RPQ delivers a massive 81db of clean headroom which works just as well with with dynamic mics. Paired with an SM7 this is one the best acoustic guitar sounds I've recorded, far superior to a cloud lifter in my opinion. Sounds great with condenser mics too.
