[SORTED] WTB Allen head DiMarzio pole pieces

My Steve Morse DiMarzio humbucker has sat unloved in a tin of bits and pieces for about 40 years.  It is missing six of its black Allen head polepieces.  Despite Googling at some length I haven't been able to identify a supplier of such things.

I wonder if anyone here has any spares?

One option, I guess, is to replace them with standard solid metal polepieces but that seems like something fraught with risk when it comes to diameter, length, and how to attach them.

Any advice gratefully received.
