SOLD 2003 Cornford Harlequin built by Martin Kidd - £400

I've had this since new but doesn't get used anymore. Changed to EHX preamp valves and JJ power amp valve but all stock otherwise. Good condition, well looked after, stayed at home all of its life. I'm based just outside Chelmsford Essex.

Designed by but not all built by. They had a team of people putting them together - my MK50 had a different signature in the chassis

My MK50 is a 2002 built and signed by Martin.

Awesome little amp, picked one up many moons ago and have regretted letting it go, I do manage similar tones from my Big Trees, you’re too far away from me, thankfully!

I had a Carrera and while I found it pretty drab at bedroom levels (alas mostly what I'm limited to) it was a thing of absolute majesty when you gave it the beans. I remember playing it at volume just before the bloke who'd agreed to buy it turned up and feeling like a total tit for selling it. If I weren't already over-amped, I'd be seriously tempted to get this for that occasional jam at volume.
