Plugging unused toggle switch hole...

I have a t-type body with a LP control layout. I want to plug the top horn hole with something, but I want it to show, so I am not trying to cover it up.

Anyone done something similar or got any ideas?

I am going to move the toggle down to the control cavity and have 2 vol and one tone (for bridge only).

Just a push-in plastic plug of the appropriate size. I always liked the CS Dick Dale Strat with the plugged holes.

Ah, was assuming you had something Deluxe-ish and that the hole would be on the guard.

Not looking to wire anything in tbh. The channel is not the biggest hence why I am moving the switch. I don't have the tools or the patience to rectify that.

You can use a single piece of four-conductor cable, so the channel only needs to be 5mm in diameter.

That said, I think the jewel light idea is great! You could even put a battery and an LED in the cavity…

Be good if I was in a Police tribute band. I could get a blue one! Or a red one

If you burst finish it, it'll be near invisible.
Otherwise a carefully made maple plug with the grain orientated correctly will look good with a finish over it
