This looks like a nice evolution of the pedal, I'm not in the market for any more, but would like to try it!

    Looks interesting. For a long time I've been keen to try the original, but this looks like a step up. I just wish it had a way of remotely switching the grit on or off either by midi or just a TS footswitch.

    I had the original briefly, found it too noisy and returned it.  Also I found the sideways format awkward to fit on a board.

    That's useful info, noisy really puts me off compressors.

    I liked the original but it's touchy. Super squishy even at low settings, didn't get on with the gain, awkward format, and awkward power requirements. Amazing for that overblown Janglebox sound or infinite sustain things though.
