Computer monitor needs

I'm after a (preferably small, 7" - 10") monitor that supports the old Sun 1152x900 resolution.

Just wondering if anyone knew of such a thing ?

What input do you need?

Closest I've thought of so far is the Samsung QB13R, maybe with a scaler (I can ask our Samsung rep if it'll do pixel-for-pixel at that resolution) - it's natively full HD.

I think we might have a couple knocking around that weren't used on a job.

Otherwise I thought maybe Lilliput, but they tend to be lower resolution with onboard scaling at that size, and that might not look nice.

XVGA is fine.

Ta Sporkers, a bit larger than I was hoping for (only need it occasioanlly when diagnosing boot issues on my rebuilt Sun IPX). Rest of the time I run it headless.

Have a look at Lilliput then - generally lots of inputs, the panels are decent quality, and they answer questions quickly (such as will it support x weird resolution).

There's another brand we use but the name escapes me - I'll check next week.

Nothing quite right in their range that I can find though, sorry.

This thread made me think of the old Wyse 60 terminal - astonishing to think it was $699 when it was released in April 1986!

Got a couple of Sun servers we are retiring soon ! uptime was 6 yrs until I had to reboot them
