Headphones for day sleeping, I found the solution!

 As a nightworker I bought a set of these eye mask for £12.99 off Amazon, amazingly they don't sound shit- at all! I wear em in bed and listen to podcasts to fall asleep. Surprisingly full sounding for music and you can sleep on your side without irritation.

 I've also worn them under a hoodie for dog walking and look proper gangsta.

Ladyprettydamned has a pair of ink-topoint ones that were only 15 quid, she likes them.

I've just got a couple of new ear piercings so I can't try them out, but she reckons they're quite comfy and nice to listen to meditative music to. Probably good for running as well.

The quality may be variable? I had a pair that I had to return as they wouldn’t get loud enough. They were fine in a quiet room but with any background noise became inaudible. Shame because they were comfortable and warm on cold dog walks.

I've used one on and off for years. 

Great when I'm struggling to sleep and want to listen to some music. Only solution I've found where I can comfortably sleep on my side.
