where's best to buy crybaby mods?

Finally got my GCB-95 back from languishing under my sons bed at his mums for a decade and I'd like to do a LED mod (possibly more if that goes well) . What I can't settle on is where is decent to buy from. I checked Ebay but came up short..

Interested to know this too… pulled out my old crybaby a couple of days ago and want to do a true bypass/LED

For TB and an LED all you need is a 3PDT, an LED, a bezel for the LED, and a current limiting resistor - maybe 1k as a starting point.

Thanks Sporks. That would be very useful if I had the faintest idea about these things.but I will see what I can work out.

The DIY Resources on the left, and there are details there of the TB mods. You'll have one poke if a 3PDT left, which you can use to switch power to an LED via a 1k resistor (so it doesn't burn our or sear your retinas). Geofex is worth a look too, but can be very technical indeed.

Makes all the difference imo.
I didn’t do the led but some small tweaks to resistors and the toe down position just makes it sweet.

On mine (which had trim pots) I think I upped the gain and the Q slightly, and that was the wah sound I wanted.

Yeah, I've got one (or maybe two can't remember) trim pots inside. Set and forget.

Think I changed inductor too, not sure it made a huge difference really.
