Does anyone happen to know if you revise a listing and reduce the price does it still qualify for the offer?  Or does it revert back to the full fee?

I've just reduced the price on a couple of things but only with the lower fees in mind.

    Thanks! That's good to know.

Yea it still applies. I create loads of dummy listings and then just revise them as I need to.

I just put a heading and price up and a Coming Soon image. Then edit it when I have more time.

Placeholders would be the way to think about it.

You just create a listing with something that's priced very highly for what it is, like a game for £400 and leave it, no one will buy it and then just revise it when you want to sell something.

After you accept the offer, any existing eBay listings you have won't benefit from it. It's only listings which have been made afterwards that do. These can be revised without affecting said offer.

My preference is to create drafts of what I want to sell before the offer arrives. Then, when I've received and activated the offer, I post my listings with how I want them to be, with everything included at once.
