Where to buy weird sized pedalboard flightcase?

Not strictly an FX question, but I need a flightcase for my Floordrum kit, which looks like this:



It's roughly 50x85cm.  I'm thinking a pedalboard type case would be best, so I can just remove the lid, and play it without taking it out of the bottom tray.  It needs to be on a carpet normally, so something with internal carpet or foam padding would be best.

I've found some options that are wide enough, but the depth (ie front to back) of 50cm is the problem.  

Does anyone know of a suitable off the peg case, or can anyone recommend a good custom builder for something like this?  I haven't found a supplier that has a way to filter products by internal dimensions, so it's a bit hit and miss looking for options.  I'm much more inclined to by something pre-made if possible as going custom will obviously cost a lot more.
