Dance is an art form that can be hugely enhanced by seeing it live. The sheer effort and skill become a lot more apparent. 

I did watch a bunch of Levanna videos on YouTube at one point. Just short videos of a woman doing Northern Soul dancing in her house or around Brizzle. Not the most technical dancing you'll ever see but there was a ninety seconds of simple joy aspect to it.

He is a genius. Check out American Utopia for lots of Dad dancing inspiration.

I remember reading a study that tried to assess which athletes were the fittest overall.  They measured speed, strength, flexibility, agiliity, stamina and ability to withstand the pain of a tattoo.  Gymnasts came out as the fittest overall. The surprise at the end of the paper was that ballet dancers were fitter than all sports.
