Gibson Les Paul Standard 2004

2004 fitted with Doug Aldrich pickups. Slim neck. Only weighs 8.8lb. The finish is superb, spent a long time looking for a LP with this spec. As you can maybe tell, I'm a fan of Slash and this was as close as I could get without buying the Gibson Slash Custom Shop!

I've had it over 15 years and as you can see it's been gigged. I've tried to show the dints/scratches but hard to photograph - just know they are there, i'm not hiding anything! I used a wireless when gigging and where it attached to the strap it's taken the edge off the finish (see photo). You could clean it up but it never bothered me, and you can't see it when playing.

It's got everything you'd want in a Les Paul - heaps of sustain, light enough to gig, low action (9's), dark finish you don't see too often, bit of genuine relic'ing and a fantastic price! 

Comes with Gibson hard-case - again it's well travelled but still does the job.

What condition are the frets in? Any divots/dents?Considering trades? I have a John Mayer strat.

It's got some fret wear like any 20 year old guitar that's been used for what it was made for, but nowhere close to needing a re-fret.
Not looking for trades really, although would consider a cheapish part-ex to help. 

It's a lot of guitar for the price from a very good period for Gibson. Other sellers have stuck another £400-500+ on what i'm asking. If it doesn't go it'll be withdrawn.
