All over gloss finish. Normally not a fan of gloss necks but this one is very smooth and unrestrictive.

Definitely the smoothest and most stable vibrato I’ve used, Jazzmaster is a close second.

Just travel Flinstones style for a few months, maybe not in Leeds though, the potholes are getting ridiculous round here...

I’ve got no dog in this race so I can happily add that I’m a huge Duesey fan, had several over the years and the Caribou is the rockingist, most balanced, most ground covered and absolute coolest of the bunch. And black is the coolest of the Bous. 

I’d love another of these but there’s also so many Dueseys to try too.
