Anyone know if it was single or two button switch and was it reverb and channel? Or reverb/effects?

Two button. Channel and boost as I recall. Not sure what type of switching it uses though. As in it will either be latching switches in the pedal or the buttons just send a trigger to a chip in the amp which controls a relay to do the switching. Fenders are often the latter type. Older designs will be more likely to use the former.

Old, overweight and badly maintained. Unlike my amps which are just old and overweight.

Two button latching, for channel and reverb. Annoyingly the tip is reverb and the ring channel, so you can't plug in a single switch and get channel switching with reverb on, unless you fit it with a specially-wired TRS plug.

I found one , it has 'select/effects' and 'reverb' without LED's, thats got to be it? It looks the same as my Deuce switch but with two switches and a guitar lead type jack on it.

Yes, that will work. I think my Studio Pro one says Select/Effects not channel too.
