Any one watching This Town?

Apologies if this has been covered in another thread..... but anyone been watching it? I've never seen Peaky Blinders and was born in 79 - but am a fan of reggae and two tone....

I’m 3 maybe 4 episodes in. There isn’t much in the way of music in the plot so far. Although it’s heading that way - some of the soundtrack might be up your street. If I’m honest - to me it’s not as good as others suggested it might be. But, I’ll qualify that as me being someone who rarely watches films and hardly any TV. So I’m hard to please!

I watch bits while I was sat on the sofa while my wife binged it.  Seemed quite slow and the music bits werent a large part of the plot, but like Iamnobody, i dont watch much TV as it doesnt appeal, and the back story to these characters seemed very far fetched.

The trailer looked fucking terrible, like The Commitments in RADA Brummie, so I don't think I'll bother.

I’ve watched two episodes so far. I like it, decent characters and it reminds me of growing up in the early 80s when Two-Tone hit.

Disappointed they didn’t use my song as the theme tune though.
