Realistic Relics

Anybody ever used these before? I ordered a pre cbs Strat pickguard back in March and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Their parts look the most authentic from all of the sources I looked at but I didn’t think I’d be waiting this long. Is it normal? He tells me it’s leaving Canada today so I’m guessing that will be around a month from ordering to actually receiving the part. I’m getting slightly impatient here.  :o

If it's Canadian made and a realistic relic then it should be being dragged through Lake Ontario by a dredger as we speak.

I haven't heard of Realistic Relics before, but I hope your pickguard turns up.

He sent me a picture of it today, it looks great tbf. Very authentic. I was having no luck at all trying to find a fender one.

My wife thinks I'm somewhat of a realistic relic.  B)

Pics if anyone is interested. Yes I know it’s just a pickguard but I’m looking forward to getting it on the Strat and the new pups in.

Looks great. I'm following this thread for more updates when it arrives, because his stuff looks great and isn't that crazily priced compared to some I've seen.

That was £75 including delivery. My Strat is reliced but not heavy reliced so I just went for a vintage old stock aged guard rather than a reliced one. Reliced ones are slightly more expensive but I’m not keen on the whole cracked screw hole look. This should suit my Strat nicely.
