Ironically, the latter would be considered far more valuable with its original decal and dogbreath machineheads.
Apart from the ill-fitting pickups and the tuners, the main differences are the truss-rod cover (mine has truss rod adjustment at the heel - perhaps this does too and the cover was added for decorative purposes) and the white plastic insert in the back instead of ferrules, which don't look original at all.
If it is the same, then it would be well worth it at that price to get it and replace the pickups with WRHB from Mojo or Creamery.
