I’m looking to buy a Fender Stratocaster and being rather particular (AKA a fussy git) I’m looking for one that meets the following criteria:
- Fender not other brands, although I might consider a partscaster if it has a Fender shaped headstock.
- Rosewood fingerboard, although a dark pau ferro board would be considered.
- 9.5” or 10” radius, ie not 7.25” or 12”.
- Reasonably lightweight - guideline no heavier than 7lb 8oz/7.5lb/3.4kg.
- Budget flexible and anything from Mexican/Japanese up to teambuilt Custom Shop considered.
