Guitar stand rubber neck retainer?

I've been improvising with one of my daughter's elastic hair rings as I can't seem to find anyone in the UK that sells these - does anyone know where I might find one?

You would probably be able to make one of these tie-down straps work if you got one the right length and cut off the single section with the T at the end:

I looked into this a while ago and the only one I could find was in Australia! Didn’t buy it though.

I saw some stretchy rubber things like that on the LoveHoney website.

Thick elastic band ..tie one end to one of the prongs then just hook the other end on/ off .

Saw that but it seems it's just a US thing, Gator in UK don't sell them.
