One thing to bear in mind when trying acoustics out: the one you play in the shop has probably been on the hanger/stand for a while and played by a lot of people before you. It WILL be different from one you get new from the stockroom, until you play it in that is. It will also be different when you put your choice of strings on it.  If you fall in love with the one on the stand, buy that one.
