Would you paint the headstock white? It will look unbalanced if you don’t…

and ridiculous if you do. Leave it alone

I love the look of it, but I’d love it more if it had black hardware

Not sure that white scratch plate and black headstock would look great.
    Don't touch that dial.

I agree. If anything I'd change the gold hardware though I admit it doesn't look bad at all on that - it works okay with the dark wood body

White pickuards should be banned on all guitars, it always looks cheap and reminds me of home appliances. At least go parchment/off-white.

I think it looks ace as is
    Red ones are better.

I think it looks fantastic as is. If you need to change the pick guard then a dark red to black tortoise would do it.

Why not, if you don’t try it you won’t know if you like it or not…and then it will haunt you (I know).

Absolutely beautiful. Don’t touch it in any way, leave it as it is, it’s gorgeous. I’d buy it yes

Completely agree. And gold speed knobs.

    Buy ittttt!!

I prefer Explorers a la Hetfields with no scratch plate, but that looks great with the black. I'd get an aged copper one though if it was mine :)

    Buy it!!!

I've got one exactly like it but with the white pick guard.

You need to try it though as the neck is huge.

It's even more fun when your backup guitar is a Firebird. ;)

    It's worse than that.
