Karltone closed? Anyone used Valve Tube Guitar Amps?

Hi,

Anyone know if or when karltone will reopen? They currently have a message on the homepage...

"We are closed at the moment

We will post all updates

on reopening here"

Which doesnt look too good. Been my go to for valves for ages so would be real shame if they were to close. Hopefully just a holiday or something. Anyone know for sure?

Need some replacements and had a hunt around and spotted https://valvetubeguitaramps.com/ Anyone used them?

Or any other recommendations other than hotrox/watford?

I use valvetubeguitaramps and so far have had great service and no problems with the valves.

Stuart at ValveTubeGuitarAmps is a gent, very friendly and knowledgeable, he's been my go to for 4 years now. Order with confidence, not used HotRox in ages but heard some bad feedback on here. Derek at Watford Valves is a massive bell end so I'm glad you want to avoid them!

Bought valves from Karltone in March `22,don`t know when he closed after that.....

Another + 1 on VTGA here.

Used him this year know a complete retube on a 65DR ri and power tubes on a TK Falcon Grande.
