edited December 2014 in Amps
Been wanting an amp for home for a very long time now. Nearly went with a Victory V30, but a grand old trade came up on this very parish and I now own this wee Orange pictured below:

So far very happy thanks @RevMatt and @Richardj.

Beautiful. What are you running it into?

Just into a Jet City 1x12 which I'm about to change the speaker to a CL80. It's only for home but I fancy putting it through my Mesa 2x12 too down at our space.

Cheers sir. Sounds very good at home levels, might even make some clips.

  • Fucking awesome.  The only piece of gear I ever regret selling was my Orange OTR.

All round very pleased with this amp. I'll have to bin my standard dislike of el84s.

  • Are you still loving this or is the honeymoon over?

Still loving the amp, not loving the volume constraints. Saying that, since I bought that Diezel Hagen which was October I think it's been on for 15 minutes due to band issues whereas this Orange has been on lots and lots so on a value perspective it's smashing it out of the park. It's just ran on very low volume.

Which is my other issue, I wanted to get a second amp for home so I could use all my pedals at home but I absolutely hate how much more pronounced delays and reverbs are when amps are set low. I can fix it but it's arseing about which is what I wanted to avoid.

Other than that, straight in, I'm very happy but maybe that Bias plug in is my only solution.
