My studio setup

So for those who are interested, I thought I would post my current equipment setup. If anyone would like any reviews on anything let me know. I use... Presonus 16.4.2 mixer as my interface. Samson C que 8 headphone amp. Hp elite book 6930 laptop with FireWire with 21" monitor. Presonus studio one (2) pro software Presonus fader port for transport control Boss Gt 001 for guitar. Korg DTR 1000 rack tuner Phonic rack power strip. Yamaha HS 7 monitors Roland XP80 as mother keys. SE 3300a vocal mic SE pro filter. SE 2200a mic for acoustic stuff. Vox valvetronix amp Galien Kruger ML 250 amp Taylor 414ce acoustic. Italia Bass EBMM axis super sport.

Yes, tell me about HS7 monitors. I'm on a mission this year to change monitors. Eve SC205's are my main focus but knowledge on everything is always good.

Hi, I researched monitors for a while, I checked out Rokit, Genelec, Tannoy, plus others, but I kept coming back to these, they just seem to have a nice smooth sound to them whichever shop I tested them in, the others seem to colour the sound more in different surroundings, the physical size worked for me too.

They seem to have a good Bass response at low volumes, and mixes sound good.  

The Eves look nice, and I doubt you could go wrong with them, I have used Yamaha in the past so maybe a bit biased.

I've just added a pair of HS7s to my studio setup. Great sounding monitors for the money.
