Suhr released the updated PT-100, (Pete Thorn's sig amp), last year in a limited edition with unique cosmetics. They've now released the production run. I have no need for a 100 watt amp, but this is the one that would turn me!!

I'm just not sure that I dig the amps cosmetically.
I think the Suhr logo looks great on guitars, but not so much amps.

I prefer the look of the Custom Audio Amplifiers version I think.
I'm assuming that company is pretty much no more now though??

Actually I'm not sure. It does look pretty sweet in the video to be fair.

It sounds a bit too polite in the vid, sure it's killer but doesnt seem like the kind of amp that can get out of control.

@hubobulous - Mornin'' D, would you not go for the PT-50 instead? Does that not have these updates? Octatonic loved his one.

Suhr seem to have a Stig-ike character in their videos. Who the hell is is? He's absolutely mint!

@matt1973 - the players vary. This one's obviously Pete Thorn, but others have been Andy Wood or James Ivanyi. Not sure, but I think one has also been Don from their customer service dept.

@kebabkid - the PT50 hasn't had these updates yet. There was talk of a lower powered PT amp in the Badger sized enclosure, but that's taken a back seat for the time being. The SL57 would be of interest to compare to my Badger 30, and I definitely want to test the Bella and Hedgehog too
