Danelectro DC59 12 string. They're above budget at the mo but just wait a couple of weeks and they'll be back down. I've seen them anywhere between £250 and £329, the price of masonite and plywood must really fluctuate or something.

Squier, Sire, Yamaha, Ibanez, Cort, whatever. Plenty of pre-owned stuff out there within budget.
