Possibly the most bored looking lead player I have ever seen.  I think he looked like he enjoyed playing it less than I enjoyed listening to it.  (

I was expecting the screamo to kick in at any second throughout the whole song but it never did, so that's a plus I guess.

On the down side the lack of vocals means that the instrumental needs to tell a story in order to stand any chance of being taken seriously. But to me at least it was just a bit of a tech demo of guitar technique rather than music that takes you away...

I genuinely can't tell whether the 2 guitars and bass are 3 different people, or 1 chap playing 3 parts and comping it together for the video. 

And the music's dull. Not actually as bad as most instrumental guitar, but still dull. Might work as background for a future Sonic the Hedgehog game I guess.

Love me some polyphia. They're very skillful, and despite all the negative comments, I think they have great feel and dedicate a good amount of focus to the strong memorable melody. They are also innovative (not the song in the OP) being the pioneers of "trap metal", which is wicked!
