I don't know what I was so annoyed about on stage but this pic is better than the one I last posted - which looked like I was nodding off to sleep. Same tele though.

That telecaster is eight whole ounces lighter than my LP. If I use a thinner strap, it feels like I've used a top E string across my shoulder.

I've got a similar looking beastie...comes in just under 7lb 5oz.

What a lightweight! I've just checked again and the Les Paul comes in at 10 lbs and the telecaster now weighs 9 lbs - so it seems to have lost some weight (or the scales are less accurate). I have several lighter guitars that I like - but that old telecaster keeps drawing me in.

I've got an R9 that weighs the same as my tele too!

I've got nothing that weighs over 8.5lbs except for a JM Jag that's a smidge over 10...so I don't pick that one up by accident

That would be The Dog's Bollox, a raucous rock cover band.

Ahhh, look at my Tom Anderson Drop Top. I'd need over £3K to buy that now and it was one of the first ones in the UK and I got it from Chandler Guitars. I regret selling that one but I've still got the leather waistcoat!

You saying the waistcoat wouldn't because you'd be absolutely right. It would probably serve as handkerchief now!
