Thinking a refin on my 'T' style.

Have found that the Vintage White finish on my T style isn't great. It looks nice but the top finish seems to want to flake off if you look at it the wrong way. Normally I'm relatively handy but I am concerned about being able to get a good enough final finish on this. I'd like to keep it vintage white or thereabouts, can anyone point me in the right direction, give me an idea of cost, help even?

My standard advice is to throw acid at it.

After that, I just call @Iamf68 and let him work his mazy-magic on it. Boys a genius...
