    Thanks for all the interest.

    It's a copy of a 1947 propeller from the H***** H***** made S***** G****.

I'm sorry I have to be so cryptic, but these are very rare, and there's a possibility that the descendants of H***** H***** might want to take action against anyone copying the prop from the S***** G****.

Any questions, feel free to ask, as long as it's not about the propeller, the maker, the name of it, the name of the original maker.

I welcome offers in excess of £££££'s.

I think I know the aircraft from which this is a propeller copy... All I'll say is that if it is a one of those; I have quite frankly no idea how you are storing it, or quite what you ever planned to do with it. It must be exceptionally large...

Sounds like it's "revolutionary" despite all the "spin" you guys are throwing on it.......perhaps the "rotary" club would like it.

Too big for my man cave wall I'm afraid, & too big for my local RAFA club wall too (or what's left of it since the paras were last in)

First thing I thought of was Blow-Up as well, great minds and all that..., good film, especially for the Yardbirds appearance.

It doesn't weigh anything - if you want to weigh things, you need to buy some scales, not a propeller.

    I agree.

Don't get screwed. Make sure you pitch the deal right.

It's advisable to make contact before you try to swing it. Make sure you're not too forward and hands-on or you can get a nasty backlash.

Could try to see if the RSC are interested...they are always looking for historic 'props' (I'll get my coat)

My locla RAFA has a hurricane prop on the wall with a clock in the centre hub. Looks fantastic.
Shame this is too big for me to do likewise with.
