I've got an XFX Radeon R7870 Double Dissipation (dual fan) graphics card here which, while it's bloody fantastic for gaming, doesn't work so well in Ubuntu thanks to AMD's shocking Linux drivers.
It's got 2 x DVI outputs (one dual link, one single-link), 1 x HDMI and 2 x DisplayPort outputs. You can only use two out of the HDMI and DVI outputs, though, so I'll include a DisplayPort -> DVI adapter as well.
