Footswitch Wiring (Again)

Anyone help with this please.
I have a loan of a 2-button Fender footswitch that runs off the amps "phantom" power. I want to build my own but i want to use my own power supply not the amps. How would I wire it up to do that. Here's a diagram of how the Fender footswitch is wired to work off the amps power.Different switches / sockets needed maybe?
