Rolling fingerboard edges

What methods can the home hobbyist (rather than well equipped luthier) use to roll fingerboard edges of an already fretted neck?

Any tips welcome

Yes, this would be good to know. I got a cheap RG440 recently and the fret edges feel a little bit uncomfortable.

these are not my pics, but they are the style of rollover I aim for

not as scalloped as the james tyler style, although i have done that a few times too

For my Warmoth (ouch that drew blood!) sharp edged Strat necks (finished). I used the aluminium handle of a modelling scalpel, pressing it firmly up and down between frets, essentially compressing the edges.  It's done quite a good job, leaving no sharp edges, nor finish cracks - this was about six years ago.

The necks were new; this might be riskier on an older neck.

I've used one of those sponge square sanding blocks run up and down the fingerboard edges until you get the edge you want then use fine grade sandpaper to buff the edge back to a shine. Seems to have worked ok.
