Yes it is. Way better than his studio album.

How on earth does he manage to keep his guitar and amp from uncontrolled feeding back?  Lot of gain on that sound.  Really like it though.  Any tone experts know what the ingredients are?

Casino into a vibroking with an octave fuzz in between. Think he has been known to use Filltone octave fuzz but not sure what this is.

Agreed is does pretty well to control a hollow body guitar with all that going on!

I'm late the the GCJ crowd but I love it!

The Octave Fuzz riff on numb is so simple but just sounds amazing.

Just found out he has a new album out in September:

He also uses Princeton Reverbs with the Vibroking. They are a bit more affordable.

I like the fact he uses his Epiphone signature Casino a lot live.

I'm a bit of fan too. He's a simple player but I just love his absolutely filthy fuzz-tone and he knows how to squeeze the passion out it.  He damn well blew the ceiling off when he performed 'Numb' on Jool's Later show.

Give me this stuff over those widdly-twiddly players any day of the week
