A fretboard challenge- pedal makers

So I have searched hither and thither for a box that does this:
 (all in one enclosure)

Looper to an FX pedal, that has mono send and stereo return, buffered and parallel mixed, that runss, still in stereo to another part with an Amp A and Amp B send with ground lift, phase and buffering on the amps.

Why can't I find one?

No reason why it wouldn't be possible. I've built all the various parts of that separately before.

I'm away on holiday from tomorrow but I'd be happy to discuss in a week when I'm back. :-)
