Nita Strauss from the Iron Maidens meets Jason Becker

I guess many are familiar with the Iron Maidens (all female Maiden Tribute), Nita plays as Dave Murray.

Turns out she can play Becker stuff too.  Playing starts from 10 seconds.

Yes, I read an interview with yer somewhere about this. She had lessons in playing rock to do the gig as she is normally such an out and out shredder. Despite what anyone might think because of her looks she does seem to be a total guitar nerd.

There have also been concerts called 'Not Dead Yet' to raise funds for Jason's medical bills.  Some people have covered Becker songs at them.

Haha, he's pretty funny actually and very positive towards people.

Here's a run through of his Carvin's, vocal over dub over his words is done by his dad.

His medical care must be very expensive in the US.
