You can do some infinitely more interesting things with the little judder; I've particularly enjoyed moving the dial while the fs is engaged - rolling it down drops the pitch right down to noise / glitch. It's a very cool pedal. @nickb_boy has one too; perhaps he'll give you his take
I have no idea what I'd do with it, but I would love to be locked in a room with a loud amp and a judder.

    . . . and on we go :)

I decided in the end to spend some of the money on an M5 and bought one from Bonners yesterday.

By 10:00am I'd only had a message from Paypal to show I'd paid for it.

I phoned them and was told that it had been dispatched yesterday, and they gave me UK Mail tracking details, which didn't work.

I phoned them again mid-afternoon to see what was going on and they phoned UK Mail who sorted the tracking, telling me it was on their system as out for delivery (by 6pm).

I phoned UK Mail just now (6:30pm), taking three goes to actually get to speak to someone (I had to put random numbers into their "give us your order number by pressing the numbers on your keypad" before it got confused and connected me) who initially couldn't find me on their system, but they said they'd contact their depot to make sure it's delivered today.

    I don't believe them.

    *sigh*

  • You just can't catch a break.

I'm buying all my pedals in person from now on.

I just wish they were honest, if someone says "we're really sorry but it's not going to get there until tomorrow" then you can be briefly annoyed and move on, if they say "it will definitely be there today (so you just sit there and wait)" and then it doesn't turn up you get even more annoyed than you would have been.

This what pissed me off with John Lewis when Hermes lost/stole an iPad, if they said "we currently have no idea where it is" then you know what's going on.

    Bastards.

    ;)

the other thing I'm wondering about is that the tracking page says:

    15th October 2015 16:20 Booked/Awaiting Collection
    15th October 2015 07:45 Out For Delivery

so it might have been sitting in their depot (in Wellingboro) since 4:30pm

Tracking now says "Your parcel 31183060002976 is Delivery Rearranged By Recipient"

    lying fucking bastards.

I did send a stroppy (non-swearing) email last night.

Tracking says it'll be here this morning, we'll see.

It's just arrived, safe and sound - the driver said that he didn't have it on his van at any point yesterday, so I waited in for nothing.
