Well here`s a treat! I picked up a 4x12 with these in recently. They`re really brilliant speakers but they`re 8 ohm.which is a little odd for a 4x12.

 I`m keeping two and putting them in a 2x12 and shifting t`other pair.

They`re in great condition. 

I`m after £300 for the pair including postage. Now £240 posted.

£200! Jesus! I think I bought mine six years ago for about £120. I know the alnico market had gotten more expensive but I din't know they'd gone up by that much.

@parker_knoll They are mate. They`re about ten years old but have had very little use.

@heartfeltdawn They`re bloody expensive now!

You can find them new for £180. £150 for a pair of ten year old ones seems a bit optimistic, but good luck to you

One of my favourite speakers ever, I had a pair in a 2x12 and it was great a brilliant cab. I swapped one for a Fane Medusa which is a great pairing.

Yep, I've had these in the past.  Nice smooth top end to them, quite unlike a Celestion Blue but lovely nonetheless.

I really like them. I have no need for a quad though. I'm tempted to get a pair of those new cream alnicos that Celestion have just released.
