What a bunch of knobs

Hello all - Would anyone be able to help me try to identify what type of knobs these are, and where I could get some from if possible please - cannot find them anywhere!

Yes. Japanese 1970s hi-fi knobs.

These look nearly identical except for being D-shaft rather than grub-screw fitting. What shafts do you need them for?
