I prefer the 55, I'm not a fan of mesas with el84s. They're bloody good amps though, the whole range is much overlooked.

That's an amazing price, too close to Christmas to justify it though. I would have had this otherwise. I know it doesn't help you though!

i'm seriously tempted by this...been looking at one on ebay just last week...was a 45 but i'm not fussed over 10w n a different set out output valves...I've got a Fender Blues Deluxe (Tweed) mint I need to get rid of (and am already selling my a TSL122) as one of these sounds like something i'd use more and I want to try a Mesa even though I know these aren't the highest regarded the vids I've watched on youtube sound good to me! And 3 channel versatility.
