I bought this in mid 2015, on a whim, from a shop in Belgium.
It's a parlor/parlour sized body. (Full specs and link in post below the pics)
I got a K&K BB pickup fitted and a top
quality set up by archtop guitars (http://archtop.ie/) in Dublin.
It needed a little bit of fret work and some
work on the nut, so it's better than it was when I bought it!
I bought the pickup new online.
I can't quite get used to the chunky neck. I've
played it at home a few times, and obviously plugged it in at home when the
pickup was installed. Other than that, it's practically new.
Elixir strings on it. Sounds great. Just not my
thing right now.
I'm in Ireland at the moment, and would imagine shipping to the UK could be in the £20+ bracket.
I'd wrap the case and then pad it in a guitar
cardboard box. If you're in NI, it wouldn't be too much to ship up there I'd
say.
