Theres The Cab Factory, Redwirez, Ownhammer, CABIR.eu doing good stuff for Fractal Audio (think some of thoase have WAV format as well)

Yes, have the Redwirez free Marshall one, there's just too many choices. Agree they sound good though

I actually find it quicker to have a lot of IRs of one cab I know should work for the amp models I want to use then flick through them until something sounds right.

The IR is really important and if it isn't right you'll just be fighting it by tweaking to compensate.

Maybe not what you wanted as far as advice goes, but I find it better to start with too many IRs and make the small collection yourself.
