Hope this isn't breaking any rules around advertising or event promotion (I did have a quick look at rules v.2) if it is then please advise or delete my post. @TTony

I am going to the below event but am not affiliated business wise with the organisers other than Sheryl being my virtual teacher on TrueFire. I'm posting it here as the organiser stands to lose money and I felt it worth trying to support someone putting on workshops and live events.

Morning everyone, 
Final call for this afternoon's workshop with Sheryl Bailey! I still need a few more bodies to break even. I never take a penny for myself for organising the workshops - all proceeds go to venue hire and the guest musician. Any shortfall has to be met out of my own pocket.

She's great and her tutorials are very good, enjoy. 

She also loves chatting with musos and gasaholics - so chat away, she's very approachable.

@bingfeller yep I'll definitely be scribbling - how much of the knowledge I'll be able to transfer to the fretboard in this lifetime is another question!

@Jalapeno good to know - she seems totally passionate about gear and music in her videos so it will be great to hear her play and talk in person.

This was a great afternoon even though I didn't meet any other fretboard folks :-)

Sheryl is doing about three or four gigs around London over the next week so if 'bop is your thing I'd definitely recommend.

I took lots of notes from the workshop and now have about three lifetime's worth of stuff to practice!
