Are there any 2203 re-issue heads out there??

Must be the re-issue as I need the master volume and effects loop.

A flight case included would be a bonus.

I've got an AFD100 which is basically a 2203 with extra treble, its got power scale so you can use it from 0.1 watts to 100 watts, also has fx loop
