Does anyone know anything about Allan at Catswhisker Pickups? 


He's offered to rewind my Les Paul Deluxe's bridge pickup to give it a bit more grunt. Just wondered whether anyone has any experience of his work.

    I have a Strat single coil from him - must admit, it's not one of my favourites, sounds oddly flat and unresponsive. 

    Happy to assume it's a one off bad one though, as I hear a lot of praise for his pickups!
