My other pick is River - Joni Mitchel, though usually when it's covered by someone else. Not strictly a Christmas song I guess but I'm having it, it opens with jingle bells so it's in.

As a matter of fact this is the best version of it I've ever heard, just found it on YouTube looking for covers of the song, wow
