    Met her years ago when a friend bought a huge second hand analogue desk which he needed a hand collecting, turned out to be hers!

    I have vague recollections of her making a really nice cup of tea and being generally rather decent - had pretty much no idea who the hell she was at the time, though!
    -- Before you ask, no, I am in no way, shape or form related to Fuzzdog pedals, I was Fuzzdog before Fuzzdog were Fuzzdog.  Unless you want to give me free crap, then I'm related to whatever the hell you like! --

    Looking forward to this she's my favourite female artist and forgetting the female bit - probably one of my favourite artists.

    Saw her with John Parish a few years ago at the Town Hall in Brum.

    Even when she's barking she's still brilliant!



    And these jools Holland performances are superb.

    I saw her in Buckley Tivoli in 1992, touring her first album. Good shit.

    I'm pleased for her as an artist to get her first No.1. That's an achievement in itself fighting off all the processed pop noncence.

    I'm just not hearing anything in this album that makes me want to come back to it.

    Sounds very like the last album, which was very successful commercially but my least favourite after White Chalk.

    Maybe it's a grower though.

    Just having my first listen to the album and it sounds great. Yes, it's sonically similar to the last one, but I liked that a lot.
