Where can you get a Gibson owners manual (not PDF version) ?

I know you can download a PDF version, however an old band mate just sold his SG, and his dog thought it would be funny to chew the owners manual to bits.

 

The buyer only bought on the condition that everything was mint in factory condition with all documents and hang tags. You see the odd one on ebay from the states, but he doesn't have the time to sod about with ebay. I had a spare one when I forgot to put it back in the case after selling my Firebird, but chucked it out.

 

Anyone have one going spare ?
