I'm pretty certain they subcontract the work out? I know his cab work was and it looks like that's the place in the first half of the vid. I think his business/work shop is still in LA, google maps will show it, tried to find it myself some years ago but got lost and gave up! That's the place the George Lynch vid was taken in.

Correct, it's been some time since Dave built them in his own shop. He does still test and initial every one though.
