What happened to the Carl Martin Six-Pack?

I only just stumbled upon some articles about this from a couple of years back, but it seems it never saw the light of day.  I don't even know what the full spec consisted of, but the thought of an improved Quattro is quite tantalising!

Does anyone know if this is still in the pipeline, or was it permanently canned?

(Oh, and I'm also wondering where my six-pack went, so any tips on that would be appreciated too!)
